General Requirements

• You must have a completed short story or artwork ready by the submission date listed in the interest form.

• A bio and headshot (or logo) are required by the submission date.

• If you’d like to include acknowledgments in the anthology, these must also be submitted by the deadline.

• Please note: No royalties are paid to authors or artists. All proceeds from anthology sales are donated to charity.

For Authors

• Your short story must be fully edited and finalized by the submission date. If you need editing support, we can connect you with Zoe, one of our partnered editors.

• Author costs are limited to editing your short story and, if desired, printing and shipping copies for personal use or events. As we are not a traditional publishing company, we don't provide editing services, but Olympus & Co. LLC handles all other expenses, such as cover design, formatting, and publication.

• Please note: If you purchase copies for events, you must send the net proceeds (the amount remaining after deducting printing costs and taxes) to Olympus & Co. LLC via PayPal or Venmo.

For Artists

• If you wish to collaborate with an author on a short story, please indicate this on your interest form. We’ll connect you with interested authors, who will send you a snippet of their story so you can choose a project that fits your style.

• All artwork contributed to the anthology is considered a donation piece. You may choose to charge individual authors an outside fee for commercial use (these fees are not covered by Olympus & Co. LLC), but the anthology contribution itself is for charity only.

• You are welcome to share your anthology pieces on social media. If your artwork is tied to a specific story, please confirm with the author before posting to avoid spoilers.

• NSFW art may be accepted for certain anthologies. Please check with Olympus & Co. LLC in advance if you are considering submitting NSFW work.

Disclaimer

• All participants in our anthologies are required to adhere to our AI and Non-Discrimination Policy. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the anthology, regardless of publication status.

• For the public: If an author or artist is found to be in violation of this policy after publication, please allow up to one month for us to make the necessary adjustments to the published anthology.
