Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Author K.M. Woods and Olympus & Co. LLC. We strive to ensure you receive quality books and a positive experience with every order. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Shipping Timeline
All books are print-on-demand and may take up to 1 month from the order date to arrive. If your order has not arrived after 1 month, please contact us at olympusnco@olympusnco.com with your order details.
Refunds & Returns
We do not offer refunds for print-on-demand books unless your book arrives damaged or is the incorrect order.

Damaged Books
If your book arrives damaged:

Contact us at olympusnco@olympusnco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We require the damaged book to be returned before refunding or sending a replacement. We will provide instructions for the return and cover the return shipping costs. Please note: Proof of receipt and a tracking number will be required to obtain the returned shipping cost.

Once we receive the damaged book, we will promptly issue a refund via PayPal to the customer's email address or, based on your preference, send a new book free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Books that are not damaged or defective are not eligible for return or refund. Because each book is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for other reasons (such as change of mind).
Lost or Missing Orders
If your book does not arrive within 1 month, don't hesitate to contact us at olympusnco@olympusnco.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement at no extra cost.
